Guest Presenter Submission Guidelines for Live Events

Submission Guidelines

You must identify as an HSP or autistic and an active Sensitive Empowerment Community member for at least three consecutive months to present an event (unless otherwise approved by or invited by Julie). We encourage you to join our events and Meet and Greets so we can get to know you.

You have the option to record or not record your event. If you record it, we can store it in the community library or the business library to make it available for anyone who could not attend live.

Approval & Setup Process

  1. Get your title and description approved by emailing Andrea Weber, our Event Coordinator. For community events, please fill out this form. Business Events fill out this business form to add all your details. If you want to be an interviewer, fill out: Request for Interviewer / Guest Speaker Event form

  2. Send Andrea a 1-2 minute video to discuss your event. This will give us a chance to get to know the focus of your event and simultaneously check to be sure you are set up tech-wise. Once approved, Andrea can schedule you. Once Andrea receives your Zoom link, she will post your event to the appropriate location within the community.

  3. If you want a graphic image for your event, please email it to Andrea or contact Linn Rydahl in our community to create it.

Prepping for your Event

If you want your recording shared in our Community Guest Events Library

1. Please share your video with Andrea so we can add it to our guest events library in the community. We prefer that it does not take them off the site to watch it.

2. Please share the chat text (if that works for you), as we usually add them under the video within the guest events library. (Please remove any private messages or emails within the chat text before sharing so we may copy and paste.)

Notes about sharing

If applicable (and you want it shared), the recording may live for years in our community guest events library or business library.
