Helping HSPs Advocate Medically
After a difficult recent hospital stay, I thought a lot about how the current medical system often fails highly sensitive people. I want to use this opportunity to help other HSPs advocate for their needs medically, help your medical team know your needs, and prevent misdiagnosis.
I have created two different letters that you can download for free to help support your needs and the needs of your sensitive loved ones.
Please share this post. I've heard that these letters are helping many sensitive people and their families, which warms my heart.
In my Sensitive Empowerment Community, I talk a lot about the experience of being highly sensitive, the challenges I've experienced, and the tools and resources I use to cope. I warmly invite you to join in these discussions as it is healing to share our stories and learn from each other what can help.
