An online course designed to help you understand and love who you are as a Highly Sensitive or Neurodivergent Person.

Do you experience high stress, anxiety, and feel overwhelmed often? What if your sensitivity could be your greatest strength?

It can be hard to love who you are as an extremely sensitive person when you are struggling to live in a world not set up for your sensitivities. I know, because that used to be my experience too and that is a really hard way to live.

But the trait of sensitivity exists for a reason. It evolved as a survival strategy of the population and is essential for communities to thrive. Most of our challenges as sensitive people can be drastically reduced when we understand what we need to thrive.

When you are caring for yourself in the right ways, you access your gifts. We need sensitive people showing up fully embracing their gifts and sharing them with the world.

You are gifted and needed.

My goal for this course is to help you truly understand yourself and get to know what helps you become the best version of yourself so you can Bloom Brilliantly in the world and in your life.

Blooming VS Wilted

Those who are wilting (and not blooming) often experience:

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or having a hard time coping with the state of intense stress in your life and the world

  • Having difficulty being productive

  • Low energy and motivation

  • Feeling tired, depleted or difficulty sleeping

  • Feeling emotionally unstable, out of control or reactionary

  • Low self-compassion and negative self-talk

  • Problems in friendships or relationship

  • Health issues or chronic conditions worsening

  • Trouble accessing inner strength and resiliency

  • Challenges from sensitivity heightened

  • Low self-worth and self-confidence

  • Low self-love

  • Knocked down by life’s stressors

  • A life that isn’t feeling meaningful or fulfilling

Those who are blooming in the world…

  • You feel strong and resilient which helps you stay balanced and healthy.

  • You have the energy to be productive and accomplish your goals.

  • You sleep well and wake up rested and restored each day.

  • You are able to pause, reflect, and respond.

  • You are compassionate and have loving, supportive self-talk.

  • You create and access tools that help you whenever you need it.

  • You are the person you want to be in the world.

  • You feel focused and have full access to your creativity.

  • You know how to set healthy boundaries and have healthy friendships and relationships.

  • You are loving, patient, and kind to yourself.

  • You know what your needs are and can advocate for them to be met.

  • You feel meaning and fulfillment.

  • You walk in the world liking who you are which creates a higher vibration, attracting positive, supportive people who also love who you are.

  • You access your gifts and share them with the world, helping you to make a positive change in the world.

  • You can be yourself and feel empowered to live the life you want.

When you make a mistake or something doesn’t go well, how do you talk to yourself?

Are you loving and supportive or do you kick yourself when you are down? Which of these will result in helping you develop tools that help you stand back up after you’ve been down? Which of these will knock you down and keep you down? Which of these will support your biggest and best life?

You can only love and be loved at the level in which you love yourself.

When you have self-love you have access to your inner strength, resilience, and resources and this helps you access and share your gifts with the world.

How do you wish you could show up in the world?
What would your life look like if you were living it fully thriving and blooming?

As an extremely sensitive person, I absolutely know what it is like to live with challenging sensitivities, feeling buried by the weight of the world.

But now I also know what life can look like when I am blooming instead of wilting.

I’ve walked thousands of HSPs through life’s challenging jungle. I want to teach you how to care for your sensitive orchid self so you know how to keep it blooming beautifully. This course is an accumulation of my life’s work.

After years of researching and working with highly sensitive and the neurodivergent from all over the world, I know the path to take to help you bloom brilliantly, and this course will walk you down that path.

The Blooming Brilliantly course is an excellent online training that encompasses every aspect of what it’s like to be a highly sensitive person and how to thrive with my HSP nature. Full of natural resources that I have tried and surprised how beneficial they are. How to best communicate our needs to others and advocate for what works for me is an essential skill. Plus, learning how to clear negative energy is a gift that keeps on giving. I am no longer living in survival mode but thriving with creativity and energy.
— Johnnie Urban, Laguna Hills, California

I feel not only able to manage and cope but to harness the gifts of being a sensitive person and to thrive and bloom brilliantly in the world.

Being a HIGHLY HIGHLY sensitive person I was often told I was “too sensitive”. I was off-balance and anxious all the time. Blooming Brilliantly is a lighthouse so to speak for a drifting lonely HSP. Julie’s “sensitivity” drew me in and equipped me to not only shine my light but also respect value in who I am and what I am capable of doing. I’m so excited and passionate about this community and these resources that I use these tools at my facility when I am interviewing for teachers, accepting children and families to fill my center, and developing programs and partnerships to help these families out. They call me the Baby Whisper. Thank you Julie and your team for working OVERTIME! Thank you for ALWAYS having the Light on!
— Chalet’, Ruskin, FL

Thanks to this course I’ve started to notice my energy levels and now have tools for providing myself with the GOOD, which often involves restoring my energy. Julie teaches from the heart, sharing her story freely and showing us that being highly sensitive can be extremely meaningful. I’m seeing amazing effects as I allow myself to embrace Julie’s teachings. I am starting to see my relationships gain strength as I become confident in knowing what I need and meeting those needs by myself. People are listening to me when I advocate for myself by setting boundaries with confidence and grace. Somehow I have started loving myself again! Julie is like a spiritual guide, leading you back to yourself and restoring your spirit, then lighting the way as you train your sensitivity to fulfill its purpose.

Full Scholarships for Black HSPs or Neurodivergent

I am offering full scholarships specifically to Black individuals because I am committed to being part of the necessary change toward racial equity. I recognize the importance of creating more accessible opportunities for those who have been marginalized. To date, I’ve contributed thousands of dollars in scholarships to Black HSPs and neurodivergent individuals and will continue to do so to foster inclusivity and equal access.  Apply Here
