When you make a mistake or something doesn’t go well, how do you talk to yourself?
Are you loving and supportive or do you kick yourself when you are down? Which of these will result in helping you develop tools that help you stand back up after you’ve been down? Which of these will knock you down and keep you down? Which of these will support your biggest and best life?
You can only love and be loved at the level in which you love yourself.
When you have self-love you have access to your inner strength, resilience, and resources and this helps you access and share your gifts with the world.

As an extremely sensitive person, I absolutely know what it is like to live with challenging sensitivities, feeling buried by the weight of the world.
But now I also know what life can look like when I am blooming instead of wilting.
I’ve walked thousands of HSPs through life’s challenging jungle. I want to teach you how to care for your sensitive orchid self so you know how to keep it blooming beautifully. This course is an accumulation of my life’s work.
After years of researching and working with highly sensitive and the neurodivergent from all over the world, I know the path to take to help you bloom brilliantly, and this course will walk you down that path.
Who Am I and How Can I Help?
I’m Julie Bjelland, LMFT, a Licensed Psychotherapist specializing in the Highly Sensitive and Neurodivergent, with an extra focus on Adult-Diagnosed Autism in Sensitive women. Is this course good for teens too?
Yes, many sensitive teens have found a lot of benefits with this course. While the course is available for all ages, the community is 18+
